Alice Lake Park
exclusive access
Alice Lake is a popular family park surrounded by towering mountains, dense forests, and grassy areas. Four freshwater lakes dominate the landscape, making this a great park for swimming and fishing. The trail around Alice Lake is a popular spot for evening strolls while more adventurous hikers, will enjoy the Four Lakes Trail. The DeBeck’s Hill Trail, meanwhile, offers excellent views of the Squamish River and the Tantalus Range.

You are strongly advised to make a reservation well in advance of any stay at this park planned for July, August, or September. The park is usually full even on weekdays, with little turnover of campsites in the morning. On some particularly warm weekends, the parking lots may fill up and additional visitors will not be able to drive into the park.
The park has access to many mountain bike trails outside of the park. Please obey all signs while riding.
Dogs must be leashed at all times and they are not allowed on the Alice Lake Trail, beaches, the playground, or in picnic areas.
Special instructions
Protect bears by securing all food and garbage when away from your camp and at night
Bears are destroyed every year due to campers neglecting to properly manage their attractants. It is illegal to leave food and/or garbage unsecured and unattended. Store all food and scented items in a vehicle, hard-sided trailer, or bear-proof locker. Campers failing to ensure their camp is secure of attractants may be evicted from the park and issued a violation ticket under the BC Wildlife Act. Please do your part to ensure the safety of your family, fellow campers, and the local bears, by keeping a clean camp!
No parking on Alice Lake Road
In order to maintain park safety and public security, all vehicles parked illegally and on road edges will be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
