Founded in 1886 at Collège Saint-Joseph in Memramcook, in south-eastern New Brunswick, the Musée acadien de l’Université de Moncton is the oldest Acadian museum in the world. Today, this history museum is located on the Université de Moncton’s Moncton Campus, in the Clément-Cormier Pavilion, which also houses a art gallery.
