Scenic Wyndham-Carseland Provincial park is just 30 minutes from Calgary and runs along the beautiful Bow River. The park was mainly developed for recreation and is a destination for canoeing and kayaking, fishing, hiking, as well as camping. Here you’ll find a large campground with nearly 200 unserviced sites for both tents and RVs. For those who prefer sleeping on a real bed, there’s also a comfort camping area with four tents on wooden platforms. You’ll need to bring your own bedding and kitchen gear, but the tents contain electric heaters, fans, lights, and even electrical outlets, as well as private decks and fire pits.
